We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us:
- Supabase — database infrastructure and authentication. Your account data and workout logs are stored on Supabase's servers.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom to the United States, we will rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved adequacy mechanism, and we will enter into data processing agreements with each service provider that impose equivalent data protection obligations.
We are not currently established in the EU and do not have a designated EU representative. If you are an EU resident and wish to exercise rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), please contact us at josh@trainwithiq.com and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS
- Encryption of data at rest
- Row-level security on our database
- Access controls limiting who can access personal data
- Regular security reviews
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the event of a confirmed security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay and, in any case, no later than seventy-two (72) hours after discovery of the breach. Our notification will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of data involved, the likely consequences, and the steps we are taking or have taken to address it, along with recommended mitigation steps you can take to protect yourself.
