Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LiftIQ account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open LiftIQ and go to your Profile
2. Tap Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

That's it. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our servers immediately, as part of a single deletion transaction, and your login is revoked. There is no waiting period and no recovery window.

Before you delete: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Can't access the app?

If you've uninstalled LiftIQ or can no longer sign in, email support@trainwithiq.com (or privacy@trainwithiq.com, the address named in our Privacy Policy) from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases all personal data we hold on our servers, including:

• Your account record and login credentials
• Workout history and logged sets
• One-rep-max estimates and personal records
• Readiness and recovery scores
• Body weight history
• Training programs and program progress
• AI coach conversations and messages
• Subscription records held on our servers

This is a true erasure — your data is deleted, not deactivated or hidden.

What is kept, and for how long

A few categories of data are outside our servers or are retained for limited purposes:

• Purchase and transaction records — payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google Play together with RevenueCat, our subscription processor. These processors may retain transaction records according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. Deleting your LiftIQ account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Analytics and crash diagnostics — aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you, and diagnostic records held by our analytics and crash-reporting processors, are retained per the periods in our Privacy Policy (analytics data up to 24 months).
• Legal and compliance records — records we are legally required to keep (such as tax or billing records) may be retained for up to 7 years.
• Health data on your device — data stored in Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) stays on your device and is managed there; deleting your LiftIQ account does not remove it. You can manage it directly in the Apple Health or Health Connect app.
